3rd Annual International Symposium on Sex Therapy

The 3rd International Symposium on Sex Therapy is taking place May 18–20, 2026, in the heart of Budapest, Hungary. ISST is quickly becoming the premier forum for advancing clinical practice, research, and education in psychosexual therapy. The symposium brings together clinicians, researchers, educators, and mental health professionals from around the world for three days of intellectual exchange, clinical demonstration, and interdisciplinary collaboration. ISST offers a unique space to engage in critical dialogue about sexual health, therapeutic innovation, and the evolving landscape of psychosexual care across diverse populations. The 2026 symposium will explore the theme Developing Cultural Sensitivity in Psychosexual Therapy: Global Perspectives into Diverse Therapeutic Approaches. This theme encourages participants to examine the impact of cultural context on psychosexual treatment and invites global perspectives that enhance inclusive, ethical, and contextually informed care. The cost of registration is €1450. This includes full access to the three-day conference, continuing education credits for qualifying professionals, and admission to the welcome dinner on the evening of May 17. Registrants will also receive three nights of hotel accommodations, breakfast, lunch on Days 2 and 3, and networking opertunities. An optional dinner cruise on the Danube River will be offered on the evening of Day 2. This excursion is not included in the registration fee and will be available at an additional cost. Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for the cruise closer to the event date. To support accessibility, several payment options are available.
