IAPST certification is achieved through a unified, accredited training pathway.

All individuals seeking certification as a Certified Psychosexual Therapist (C-PST) must complete the Certificate in Sex Therapy program through the School of Sex Therapy. This fully accredited, post-graduate program is designed to integrate rigorous academic training with supervised clinical experience over the course of two years.

The School of Sex Therapy is the official training pathway for IAPST certification. Graduates who complete both years of the program are eligible to apply for certification with IAPST as a Certified Psychosexual Therapist (C-PST).

This unified pathway ensures that all Certified Members of IAPST have met a consistent, rigorous standard of education, clinical training, and professional readiness.
