Mr David Palmstrom

Hello, I'm David. I'm a relational psychosexual therapist. I'm curious, warm and collaborative. I want to get to know you, your partner, or partners, and your situation, understanding all the things that have gone before that have made you who you are. Then I want to work with you together as a team to encourage more connection. Whether that's the familiar disagreements about the dishwasher (spoiler; it's never just about the dishwasher), or that circumstances are changing and you're having to make decisions together; perhaps you're thinking about starting a family, moving in together, a new job opportunity or you're not as intimate as you used to be. In short, it feels like there is a distance between you. We can unpick these difficult, layered knots, to get a sense of them, before exploring what you can each do differently to bridge the gap. It's not about one person getting it their way, it's about moving beyond the old patterns and, instead, creating a future that feels authentic to who you each are.
