I am passionate about helping people navigate relationships at every stage—both their relationships with others and the relationship they have with themselves. I work with couples to strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, and create meaningful, lasting connection across all areas of their relationship. I also specialize in working with individuals experiencing high-functioning anxiety, helping them understand how it affects their sense of self, their relationships, and the way they experience and carry stress in their bodies and how that impacts their intimacy.
