I enjoy working with creatives and performers, people who fall outside the gender binary/hetero norms, and those living unconventional lifestyles, including relationships of all kinds. I have considerable therapeutic experience with gay men and the challenges they face systematically, individually, and within relationships; also with supporting transgender individuals and their families. I am a certified sex therapist, which entails talk therapy concerning a variety of concerns including kink, shame, and sex work; I am also certified in hypnotherapy and Ketamine assisted therapy. I strive to provide a space where you can easily unburden your mind, and collaborate on achieving immediate or longer term goals. This entails going beneath the surface, and looking together at your history and unconcious. Therapy does not only happen within the consultation room; together we will identify some actionable steps to carry between meetings. Some people are looking for ways to solve specific problems; others have a desire to explore internal processes in depth. Oftentimes when a specific issue is presented, it will reveal underlying causes, which we will examine together. I understand the value of building a trusting relationship to help you feel at ease in sharing your thoughts.
